Does the resort allow pets?
No, none of the resorts we book at allow pets unless they are Handicap Assistance Animals.
What is Roamba.com's Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made no later than 16 business days prior to arrival (reservations are non-cancellable within 16 business days of your arrival).
Once we have made a reservation, is it possible to change the dates of our stay?
If the current date is at least 60 days prior to check-in of your existing reservation, and there is availability for the new set of dates you are requesting, we will be able to change the dates of you reservation for a surcharge of $49.00 USD.
If the current date is at least 15 days prior to the check-in of your existing reservation, and there is availability for the new set of dates you are requesting, we will be able to change the dates of your reservation for a surcharge of $99.00 USD.
Once we have made a reservation, is it possible to change the size of our unit?
Depending upon availability at the resort, we may be able to change the unit type, however, there is Room Change Surcharge.
How do I book a reservation?

Will I need a credit card to check-in at the resort?
Yes, upon arrival, the resort itself requires you to put down a refundable security deposit, which will generally be between $150.00 and $250.00 USD, and refunded to you upon check-out.
What is the minimum age to book this room?
The person checking in must be at least 21 years of age.
May I bring more guests than the allotted maximum occupancy?
No, if the size of your party exceeds the maximum occupancy, the resort has to right to ask you to leave without issuing a refund.
How do I make any special requests for my stay?(i.e. handicap amenities, floor, view, etc.)
Once you have made payment and we have put the reservation in your name, you can call the resort to put in a request. Although they cannot guarantee that your request will be met, the resort can often times accommodate your request and is happy to do so if possible.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
All of the resorts we book at allow their guests to check-in at 4pm, and require them to check-out no later than 10am.
What is the parking policy at the resort?
Each resort has a specific policy in regard to parking. Most resorts we do have complimentary parking for at least one car per party, but it is always best to call the resort and find out.
If I do not make payment, may I put a hold on the unit I requested?
No, we are unable to secure any unit without receipt of payment.
What is the smoking policy at the resort?
All resorts we book at are smoke-free.
What in-room amenities will I have access to?
Depending on the unit you book, you will usually have a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, queen-size sleeper sofa, complimentary WIFI, a balcony, and a whirlpool tub.
Do you always have availability for any dates that I request?
No. When you place a bid, we check to see if we can fulfill your booking for the price you requested and if we currently have availability for your requested dates.
